Job Description
JOB TITLE: Resourcing Support
SALARY: £26,980 - £28,400
LOCATION(S): Halifax / Leeds / Manchester
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

You'll be at the heart of the resourcing team ensuring the smooth running of our activities by:
Arranging Q&A calls and interviews for open vacancies, sometime attending to ensure audit evidence is gathered.
Updating our SharePoint site ensuring it stays current. Advise contacts on our subscription service of the same.
Maintain and update Candidate Database – communicate with candidates on opportunities.
Maintaining reference data on our resourcing profile, creating and preparing regular dashboards for sharing across CTO and wider. This will require extracting data from source systems such as Workday
Prepare data for consumption in wider programmes
Supporting events and activities directly related to our resourcing tasks, liaison with appropriate networks.
Working with key collaborators in CTO to build understanding of our future resource demands.
We’re focused on increasing our Emerging Talent within CTO, you may be asked to support with events, work placements and work experience.
What you'll need
Able to work autonomously, with close attention to detail on routine and exceptional tasks, ensuring strict adherence to relevant policies.
Comfortable in communicating with new people able to quickly build relationships and networks
A good foundation in Excel for data interrogation, manipulation and interrogation.
We'd like to overhaul our MI and reporting to build reports that are easy to digest whilst being informative, we'd love you to have existing Power BI skills or be interested in developing in this area.
It would be great if you had awareness of our different emerging talent schemes, being an advocate of them within CTO, experience in working with young people or junior roles would be of benefit.
