SRA are looking for experienced HR Advisers. We are are recruiting for two positions - one permanent, and one 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role
Working closely with the wider HR team, you will be pivotal in supporting the delivery of value-added HR services including the provision of first line HR advice/guidance which supports the delivery of our people strategy and employees of circa 700.
You will manage the HR transactional activity relating to the complete employee lifecycle within agreed Service Level Agreements. Respond to all correspondence and maintain accurate/up to date employee records including compiling offers and administration of personal files and ensure compliance with data processing legislation and retention schedules.
You will respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc

What we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels.
- Previous experience of working in a busy, high volume HR generalist role
- Application of HR policies and processes including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc Working with HR Systems
- Focus on results through planning ahead, managing expectations and solving problems
- Responsibility for own development and support development of others
