Insurance Software Scheme Technician
What is SchemeServe?
In a nutshell SchemeServe is insurance software. Our platform is used by insurance brokers, MGAs and insurers to build, design and manage their own insurance products (insurance schemes). These schemes are built on SchemeServe, either by the customer or by our ‘Wunderwriters’ – which is where this role comes in!
SchemeServe is a fully remote company (even before the pandemic!), however, we do meet twice a year for a Team Retreat (one in March, one in September). These are of utmost importance to the company and are used as a time to share ideas, relax, and get to know each other better. Activities at these Retreats have involved Archery Tag, Murder Mystery nights, inflatable obstacle courses and axe throwing.
We absolutely prize self-development and encourage staff to continue learning and set new challenges for themselves. Free books? Mentoring? Professional Development? You got it.
We also offer flexible working, paid days to do charity work, a warm and friendly working environment, plus a relaxed and open company culture.
You’ll fit right in if you are;
-
a people person who’s passionate about making brilliant relationships with your co-workers;
- a curious person who thrives on challenge;
- self-motivated and thorough in your approach;
- daring and happy to go against the grain.
Please see our ESG policies here, including Carbon Negativity, Equal Opportunities and Diversity & Inclusion.
