The focus of this role will be to lead on the development and utilisation of digital systems in support of UK student recruitment activity. This will include developing and maintaining event registration forms and itineraries, maintaining lead records and pre-application communications, and supporting the development of campaigns to prospective students. The post holder will take responsibility for lead capture processes for UK student recruitment activity, (working with systems such as Gecko Engage and Dynamics CRM) and will support the evaluation, reporting and monitoring of marketing and recruitment activity across the team. The post holder will also contribute to the development of virtual recruitment activities and attend off-campus recruitment events and exhibitions.
Purpose of the Job:

To be responsible for a range of Student Marketing and Recruitment related activities associated with a specified assignment area.

To work with leaders in Professional Services (PS), to embed locally and University-wide a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do, with support for a single PS team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.

To work with senior colleagues in the delivery of strategies to deliver the University’s home and international student recruitment targets across UG, PGT and PGR programmes and enhancing the student experience.

To manage the work of staff in the delivery of marketing and recruitment activities.
