EPCC, the UK's leading supercomputing centre hosts and manages leading-edge High Performance Computing (HPC) systems and data resources that includes ARCHER2 - the UK’s £79M national supercomputing service. The centre also hosts the Edinburgh International Data Facility (EIDF) which is at the heart of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland region City Deal. EIDF builds on the centres experience in offering Data Safe Haven environments and looking forward by cultivating a Data Science platform via a DevOps environment.
We are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our friendly team of HPC Systems Specialists. As a member of the HPC Systems Team, you will support the operations and maintenance of systems and will be part of developing and growing our Service Catalogue to support customer needs while assisting to design and implement tools required for managing the infrastructure and service deployment. The role also involves supporting end users of HPC and supporting other scientific computing services and the delivery of innovative projects when required.
