About the role
We are seeking two full time Admin and Reception Officers to provide a high quality and effective reception and administrative support to Children’s Centres which is part of Education and Inclusion Department. These are available on a permanent term basis.
Each post will involve working as part of a busy team in the Children’s Centre. Duties will include answering telephone calls, welcoming visitors, checking Eventbrite and taking bookings, dealing with enquiries, handing information and data, carrying out risk assessments and assisting with general administration and risk assessment of the Centre. It will include dealing with parents/carers, children, colleagues and other professionals for which confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
About you
We are looking for as an enthusiastic personnel and good communicator, who will be committed to working in partnership with children and families, with skills and experience in providing admin and reception duties, excellent customer service, and dealing with confidential information and data.
You will be competent in all aspects of IT, highly organised and have the ability to prioritise and manage a busy and varied workload.
