The role will support the HR Lead and work with key stakeholders in the project to provide general HR administration and support.
The Sizewell C (SzC) nuclear new build project on the Suffolk coast is the second UK EPR facility to be constructed, following the Hinckley Point C project in Somerset. The SzC project team have been tasked with delivering this critical UK infrastructure within a challenging time period. To achieve this the project must realise material improvements, changes, and benefits in the way that it executes the installation scope. This must include both the lessons learned from the Hinckley Point project, as well as enhanced and new techniques drawn from other sectors and industries.
What you'll be doing
As a/an HR Administrator you will have the following accountabilities:
- Undertake a full range of HR Administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered.
- Support the team with the recruitment life cycle from advertisement to offer.
- Assist the HR Lead with the HR Deliverables for pre and post Financial Close, which may include support with the strategic resource plan.
- Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive business issues and HR information in line with GDPR regulations.
- Work with the our partners in HR Workforce Planning to understand their demands.
- HR teams monthly to provide monthly actual time bookings.
- Prepare and analyse data, ensuring HR record's are up to date.
