Pulse are looking for an all-round accounts payable role to work within our finance team. Pulse finance work closely with the production staff & this is a great opportunity to learn about how production companies operate & gain experience within a finance team. After successfully completing their probation, Pulse will be able to offer a training contract for the candidate to work towards their CIMA or ACCA qualification.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing invoices into system

Processing expenses and petty cash reconciliations

Setting up payments
-
Manage suppliers – taking telephone calls and replying to emails

Running daily cash reports and recording payments and receipts
-
Assisting with the month end tasks
-
Posting credit card statements & checking reconciliations
-
Review of aged creditors alongside management accountant & financial controller
-
Ad hoc work including reviewing supplier statements, providing information to FC

The salary will be flexible based on experience and we'd like a quick start if possible.
Our office is based in Shoreditch, but we're working on a hybrid basis between the office and home.
