We are a Wealth Management practice providing bespoke face to face financial advice to individuals and businesses throughout the UK. We are an appointed representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management.
Executive Assistant - Client Service Administrator
Working as part of the support team you will help the Partner/Adviser with a range of client work and administration.
Location: Beckenham (South East London) - Office based position
Specifics of the role will include
- Manage Partner/adviser diaries
- Manage and schedule client meetings
- Mailbox management
- Book Meeting Rooms
- Prepare client meeting packs
- Onboard new clients
- Oversee and manage the Practice’s Annual Client Reviews, ensuring all client reviews are booked in within the required timeframes, and the required admin is completed within Salesforce, ensuring each review is fully compliant.
- Write annual review letters, fund switch letters & other compliance letters
- Manage the back office systems/database ensuring client details are correct and updated
- Manage the company New business handover process & update the CRM
- Assist with client work to include processing new business, liaising with providers
- Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations through appropriate sources.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and deadlines are met.
- Maintain client records and update client information on back-office systems to keep an effective audit trail.
- Maintain the compliance requirements of the business – Ensure business and client files are fully compliant
- Work as a productive part of the team, managing objectives and ensuring best levels of client management are maintained.
- Continue to study towards professional qualifications and be willing to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge
What’s needed to be considered
In order to be considered for this opportunity, candidates need to have;
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role
- Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
- Strong knowledge of investments and pensions
- Financial Services qualifications are desired
