We have a fantastic opportunity for an established finance professional to join our friendly team, in the role of Assistant Finance Manager. This part time role is suitable for someone looking for career progression, or a return to the workplace, following a career break. Your responsibilities will be broad and engaging and include leading on income, head office budgets and supporting with our Trust wide financial reporting and budgeting. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our finance managers and to deputise for them.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in finance or school business management, coupled with a good level of experience, from previous finance related roles. You will already have experience of working on a busy team and a good working knowledge of finance systems and Excel spreadsheets. You will be able to effectively prioritise your own workload and have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. The Trust will consider applications from candidates who would prefer to work term time only.
