Job Title: Customer Services Representative
Location: Park Royal NW10 7ST
Background:
We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our team at our head office in Park Royal.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for administering incoming orders via email or telephone, ensuring a first class service is delivered to our customers and own stores. Therefore a natural and positive rapport and ability for great customer service is needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Dealing with incoming orders and associated admin, you will be part of a friendly team priding ourselves on a happy and motivated working environment to excel in.
Ensuring prompt processing of sales orders and credit requests in complete accuracy.
General admin such as picking note and invoice scanning, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Usual office duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar office environment dealing with trade and consumer customers, be of a GCSE qualified calibre, have a positive can-do attitude and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively. Somebody proactive who can cope with unpredictable volumes of work, busy periods, tight deadlines and a great work ethic.
This hands on role demands meticulous attention to detail and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This job will be 100% based in our London office. Due to the nature of the role, we are unable to offer remote working. Similarly, interviews will need to be in person - we will not be able to do video interviews at this time.
