We’re hiring chefs, food prep assistants, baristas and front of house people to join our team!

We have full- and part-time roles available in Northampton and Stony Stratford, so if you are (or know someone who is!) big into quality coffee, food, drink or just generally being nice to people then drop us a DM.
Job Skills
- Thorough knowledge of coffee products, production, and taste.
- Ability to explain the coffee drink menu and answer customer questions.
- Ability to prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
- High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for WFM products, core values, and company philosophy.
- Ability to sell proactively.
- Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to fellow Team Members, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions with customers, vendors, and Team Members.
- Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organization skills.
- Passion for natural foods and the mission of Whole Foods Market.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Experience
- At least 3-6 months retail experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week
Salary: £7.20-£10.50 per hour
