We have a fantastic opportunity for a EA to join the UK and Ireland team, providing administrative support to senior leadership within the business. You will have previous experience as a executive assistant in a busy environment and will have a passion and desire to grow and develop in their role.
We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will need to build strong and lasting relationships across all parts of the Experian business, with a can-do attitude, great judgement and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Management of extremely busy diaries to prioritise and co-ordinate appointments and maximise time efficiency for aligned leaders.

Coordination and booking of UK and Global travel arrangements on behalf of the mangers arranging flights, accommodation, directions, visas, as required.

Strong skills and knowledge of facilities management – booking of logistical arrangements including meeting rooms, technology, materials, catering, as appropriate.

Corporate event co-ordination and arrangement for between 0-500 attendees.

Draft internal correspondence, presentations and reports of a general and/or confidential nature.

Process monthly expenses for the managers, purchase order invoices, payments and receipts.

PA/EA cover support for other areas of PA/EA team as needed.

Ensure attendance, timing and actions for all relevant meetings are prescribed.

Provide high-touch support to hiring managers with the on-boarding process for all new starters.

Co-ordinate meeting rooms / agendas / actions for the directors including internal and external visitors including notifying all relevant attendees.

Support in managing the community operational rhythm including monthly engagement activities, newsletters, events, quarterly meet ups etc.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant in fast-paced environment

High standard of IT skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience in hosting and facilitating team webinars via Team / Zoom, using interactivity such as Slido, Mentimeter, survey monkey, MURAL is advantageous but not essential

Strong attention to detail and high quality of work

Strong diary management skills, the ability to prioritise busy diaries which constantly change

Confident, enthusiastic and motivated using a flexible approach to working practice including the ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved in everything

Excellent judgement and the ability to discreetly handle confidential / sensitive information

Good time management, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and re-prioritise based on urgent needs

Willingness to learn and be part of a team but also works well on their own

Always working with an approachable manner
