Avaliable Job Today We are a small cleaning franchise based in Warrington with clients across St. Helens and Wigan and due to growth of the business are now seeking a virtual business admin support working on a self employed basis to support with all aspects of the business. We are seeking someone with exceptional communication skills, highly organised, a forward thinker, IT competent with a creative flair. This is an exciting time for our business and this role is key in assisting us grow to the next level; we are looking for someone who would thrive being part of that journey with us.
We expect the role to be approx. 5 hours per week; however, this could increase to more as we establish processes and procedures. We feel this would suit a virtual business admin person who is looking for more hours/clients
Some of the tasks we are looking for assistance with;
· Liaising with customers to support their cleaning requirements
· Sourcing suitable cleaners for our clients
· Arranging cover cleans where needed
· Maintain customer database and updating regularly
· Creating email Newsletters
· Managing inbox and declutter
· Follow up on any missed leads and create database
· Support customer and cleaner onboarding
· Support in the recruitment of cleaners
· Update KPI reporting ready for review
· Obtain client reviews
· Assist organising weekly diary workloads

Job Type: Part-time
