Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, banquet, bartending, hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
