About the role
Working across all business functions and markets in the UK & Internationally at Trinity College London, The Project Manager will ensure company-wide tracking of strategic plan goals and milestones on our work management software, Asana. The Project Manager is a key support role to the executive management & senior leadership team with transformation strategy projects, alongside ongoing operational task management, improving efficiency, implementing best practice and prioritisation. The role will include, but not limited, to duties including:

Deliver assigned projects and provide project management support to executive leadership.
- Responsible for delivery of continuous improvement projects and transformation strategy.
- Monitor against metrics and key operational results. Mitigate risk and escalate if delays.
- Assist business and resource planning, programme governance and development of company wide plans and procedures.
- Work with the relevant business functions to monitor improve and advise on the projects with regards to scope, timelines, costs, resources, quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate and support teams and delivery partners embedding improved workflows across the business and markets.
- Assimilate, manage, and present complex information.
- Provide support on creation of materials for internal and external audiences including presentations and briefings to leadership team and advisory board.
- Support the leadership team on decision making, prioritisation and cost benefit analysis on project read map, with the ability to pivot when required.
- Manage the business planning processes, adhering to company timescales for the delivery of the annual business plans and strategic goals.
- Lead, review, and influence subject matter experts to deliver continuous improvement on their project and goals.
- Act as first point of contact for team requests and evaluate priority within the over-arching company plans.
About You
-
Experienced project management lead (5+ years)
- Demonstrate experience of leading end to end change management projects in a multi stakeholder environment. Milestone management.
- Experience working within a programme structure and facilitating project meetings, board presentations and cost analysis reviews.
- Business experience in international environment an asset
- Strong stakeholder managements and engagements skills at all levels
- Asana project and workflow management skills, reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical skills, data management and financial modelling skills
- Outstanding inter-personal skill, a team player who can collaborate across all parts of the organisation with the ability to coach and train best practice project management methodology.
