Our Turning Point Scotland Services in 218 are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.
The 218 Service Provides a 12 bed residential stay for woman involved within the justice system and can be seen as an alternative to custody. We provide women with an opportunity to address underlying reasons for their offending.
The Service provides a therapeutic, trauma informed programme with a compassion focussed approach to support women to actively engage in her own personal recovery journey.
The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.

As a Cleaner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
