We have created 2 new roles and are seeking Out of hours Customer Service Administrators to join our friendly team based in Sunbury (Home based working with option to be office based). The successful applicants will work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 365 days a year. Each shift will consist of 6 hours (01:00-07:00)
Applicants will need to be based in the United Kingdom and within 1 hour or 50 miles from Sunbury On Thames (TW16 7DY) for initial and ongoing training.
What you’ll do:
. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely manner
· Liaising with the driving teams and managers to allocate work
.Monitoring Out of Hours Drivers and offering support
· Updating Contract Managers of any service issues
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
What you’ll need:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Good IT skills including Excel and MS Office Suite
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours:
. 4 on 4 off 6 Hours per night
. Covering Out of Hours Services from 01:00-07:00
