Due to growth we are looking for a results driven Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join our busy contact centre team, working from home.
£20,627 per annum + bonus + great benefits (37.5 hours)
You will need to work 5 days out of 7 which will include weekend's. Our contact centre is open between 7.30am - 6pm so you must be able to work between these hours.
This role will start 24th April and you must be available full time (9-5pm) for the initial 4 week training period.

This is what we’re looking for;

Be able to think quickly on your feet, enabling the best outcome for all customers

Great rapport building ability – communication is key

A strong level of written and verbal communication, with a great attention to detail.

Be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment

Experience on SAP would be desirable, but not essential – our training is second to none.

Basic knowledge/experience of MS Office Packages
