A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual with a proven sales track record to join our wellbeing programme ‘Being Well Together (BWT)’ as Wellbeing Development Manager.
Our wellbeing team (BWT) are trusted partner to business leaders, human resources and health, safety and environmental practitioners, helping businesses make informed decisions about employee wellbeing. Through our wellbeing assessment and auditing services, we identify the key people challenges to enable us to create relevant and informed approaches to wellbeing for clients.
The Wellbeing Development Manager will source wellbeing-related opportunities through new and existing clients to the British Safety Council, seeking to identify and unlock unmet needs. The successful candidate will develop sales plans aligned with the wider wellbeing development goals and initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify opportunities.
The ideal Wellbeing Development Manager will have:
Demonstrable success in a consultative sales role
Proven background in workplace wellbeing
Experience in generating own leads, from emails, calling, events, and introductions, to promote wellbeing at workplace
Excellent planning, resourcefulness, and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to grasp technical knowledge and use it appropriately during the sales process
Self-starter, able to work on own initiative with minimum guidance, and positive input into strategic planning
Experience in managing and retaining relationships with stakeholders
