Avaliable Job Today Your working week: Full-time: 45 hours per week. Mon – Fri 0800 – 1700.

The Company:

Tiffin Sandwiches Ltd is seeking a Data Entry Specialist. Working within a small team based at our head office on the outskirts of Bradford this role is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving organisation, this role will also join together with our customer service department so must be confident in taking calls and dealing with customers direct.

Main functions of the role:

· Inputting orders onto our software, accurately and in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines.

· Diligently follow the process for managing customer orders daily.

· Review and fact-check data and figures across several data platforms.

· A pro-active approach when investigating discrepancies, this can involve contact with customers, other departments and the leadership team.

· Record Management – filing and updating customer details and orders both electronically and in paper form.

· Effective communication - Develop and build a rapport with customers which aims to enhance the customer experience alongside increases the ease at which issues can be resolved.

· Must ensure a pace of data entry that allows for accuracy as-well as speed.

· Team-work – develop a knowledge of other team members workload and customers to ensure effective management during periods of holiday.

Must also be able to work under own initiative, to deadlines and when under pressure.
