The Opportunity
Our mission is to change the way the world works by democratizing AI for every business, and to build a great company that everyone loves being a part of. These two goals haven't changed since the days when Peak was little more than an idea forming in the heads of our founders Richard, Atul and Dave.
Peak is an AI company that provides the platform, application and services to help businesses harness the potential of AI to grow revenues, increase profits and efficiencies.
It's an incredibly exciting time here at Peak. Off the back of our $75m Series C funding round in late 2021, led by SoftBank, we're scaling our offering, and putting AI in the hands of even more customers.
We have ambitious plans for the future and that means we're looking to welcome new people to our team. At Peak, culture and success come hand in hand – so creating and protecting a company culture that's true to our values remains a fundamental aspect of our mission.
Your purpose at Peak
Based out of our Manchester Clubhouse, we are looking for an experienced graphic designer to help own the creation of all visual assets and collateral across Peak, you will be the voice of the Peak brand, actively ensuring brand adoption across the company. Actively looking to push the brand forward, driving effective storytelling across all touch points.
This role is all about helping Peak amplify its messaging, telling visual stories, and bringing our brand and products to life. Helping to communicate unmistakably Peak messages in an exciting and engaging manner, across a whole host of outputs and different mediums, owning the constant visual development of the Peak website.
You will be expected to own conversations with stakeholders from across the organisation, to help shape and understand a wide variety of briefs, with an aim to deliver the most appropriate collateral. It is your role to challenge expectations and ideas. Always asking who, what and why…
As the graphic designer at Peak, you will not be limited in creating assets exclusively for the marketing team. You will be involved in conversations with all corners of the business. For this role, you'll be looking at how our core visual branding needs to be best deployed to attract global customers - helping to support our marketing across the world. Everything you make will be highly visible, and widely used.
On a daily basis, you must always ask yourself and others - is it Peak? Is it great?
You will be encouraged to learn and grow as Peak does, in an internal environment that encourages progression, ownership and creativity.
What you'll be responsible for
Peak produces a lot of content in various formats - from our website, slide decks, PDFs, sales materials, to printed books and banners, through to branded merchandise, animations and OOH, this role will own the creation and execution of all of our visual branding.
To give you a sense of what will be involved, here's a taste of what our team created in the last year:

There's ample opportunities to develop your professional skills, and we'll support you to step out of your comfort zone and grow.
There is enormous variety in the work you do, so no two days will feel the same (please see the list above!)
You get out what you put into the work. It's a fast paced environment, but not one where you are expected to sacrifice all your time with friends and family to do great.
We cultivate a truly collaborative environment, with a team that learns from each other and listens to each other's ideas. We understand that great ideas and creativity can come from everyone, and shouldn't simply be mandated from the top.
