Job Description
A key role in the organisation assisting the HR function to provide effective HR administration, advice and support across the businesses. Key HR responsibilities include:
· Assisting with taking and distributing minutes at various formal HR meetings
· Collation and verification of monthly payroll using Tensor system and submission in a timely manner to Payroll Bureau
· Recruitment administration, including search and selection in line with recruitment strategy
· Management of absence management correspondence and meetings
· Perform routine tasks e.g. photocopying, filing, scanning, data entry, etc as required
In addition, this role will provide general office support ensuring the smooth running of office facilities and services.
Essential– HR Administration Experience (1-2 years)
Desired– CIPD Level 3

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
