Are you an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join Jardine Motors Group.
This role will initially be on a 12-month FTC with a start date of November 2023, however, with expected growth across Jardine Motors Group over the next 12 months, there is potential for this role to become permanent. You will be expected to travel on a weekly basis to our Jaguar Land Rover dealerships.

As a Senior HR Business Partner for our Jaguar Land Rover division, you'll be offering sound advice and support to our colleagues on a variety of HR issues, so you'll need to be methodical, possess great attention to detail, be an exceptional communicator and above all, passionate about people.
About the role:
- Develop and implement in partnership with the Group Vice President an ‘HR Business Plan' that supports the Franchise Business Plan and manufacturer requirements.
- Proactively build, maintain, and foster professional relationships with key members of the management teams within the businesses.
- Implementation of Human resource strategies that support the Group Business Strategy and the Organisation’s strategic vision and business priorities.
- Support the building of customer focused culture through relevant HR interventions.
- Implement and manage organisational changes, strategic initiatives, and Group processes.
- Take responsibility for specific actions relating to employee opinion survey – by division.
What you will bring:
- To be qualified to CIPD post graduate standard or extensive commercial experience within HR.
- Proven track record in delivering HR strategy in a retail and fast paced environment.
- Must have good leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
- High energy level with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work on own initiative.
