Fire Plus Security is a growing independent business based in South West London and we’re now looking for a full time Office Manager to help support our growth through effective leadership and performance management of our 5-strong Administration Team. As an ambitious, innovative and fast paced business we’re looking for a like-minded individual to join our team.
Reporting directly to our General Manager, your day to day focus will be leading our Admin team whose purpose is to empower our Directors and Engineers in delivering a premium service through attentive administrative support.
As our Office Manager you will:
- Be confident in managing the workload, performance and development of our Admin team.
- Be committed to seeing the team efficiently surpass targets whilst maintaining an attentive and tailored customer experience.
- Have managed an Admin team, ideally in a Fire Safety or Security business but possibly in a construction & project orientated company.
- Have IT proficiency and be a confident user of Microsoft Office & Google Suite software. Experience with SimPRO, Xero and PeopleHR (Access) would be highly advantageous.
- Understand your influential position in the business – not only nurturing a supportive culture within the team but operationally across the business.
Having grown significantly over the last 12 months, we are poised to take our business to the next level. With key clients expanding our coverage across their businesses, there will be organisational change that our Office Manager will be required to oversee. In the medium term this may mean redeployment of administrative manpower, longer term this may mean a complete office move.
This position will be based out of our Head Office in SW19 and will require daily presence for the foreseeable future. As with all positions, we anticipate this role to evolve as we grow, offering scope for personal development and possible realignment within the Senior team.

Full time - 40 hours a week (inc 1 hour for lunch)
SW19 based – local applicants preferred.
