The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and customers. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries, and you will be required to provide a professional and friendly reception service.

You will be:
· Welcoming clients in person and notifying the person to whom they are meeting with.
· Be familiar with and competent in the use of the telephone system.
· Dealing with clients on the telephone, determining which area of law to whom the client call should be referred to.
· Booking meeting rooms.
· Assisting with all aspects of enquiries.
· Making a note of client’s and guests car registration numbers when using the Company car park.
· Making coffee for client’s and guests when required.
· Dealing with incoming deliveries and notifying the relevant person of incoming deliveries and post.
· Undertake typing duties (audio or otherwise) as required by the fee earners.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Receptionist: 2 years (required)
- Secretarial: 3 years (required)
