Your Role:
Our HR team are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join us to manage workstreams across the Employee Life Cycle, which will see you managing projects and working closely with our HR Business Partners, Reward Specialists and other HR or internal colleagues.
We have recently undergone a large-scale HR transformation project and are continuing to look at ways we can transform what we provide and how our team can add value to our HR colleagues, including recruitment.
This is an opportunity to build on your HR experience in a varied role, alongside contributing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Data is playing more and more of a crucial role in what we do, so we’ll look to you to provide insight from data that will translate into improvements for our colleagues. You’ll have exposure to Senior Management and a supportive network of colleagues, who work together to share knowledge and work towards common goals.
What you’ll be doing:
To manage workstreams that sit within the HR Shared Services team relating to the employee lifecycle- To use data insight to identify trends and themes in queries being received into the HR Shared Services team and implement improvements where required
- Leading the day-to-day co-ordination of the team’s priorities and activity (our HR Administration team is made up of 9 colleagues)
- Supporting the Payroll Specialist in completing end to end payroll activity, ensuring critical activity is completed
- Overseeing and producing reports for stakeholders with analysis where required (Finance, HRBP’s, Reward)
- Investigating and resolving complex queries relating to all aspects, including policy and procedures.
- Overseeing internal checking processes (payroll, HR System inputs, onboarding)

We’re looking for:
Demonstrable HR Generalist experience, familiar with all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle- Experience working within a Senior role with a HR admin function, helping to lead colleagues and support task management on a day-to-day basis
- Confident communication skills – both written and verbal as well as experience of liaising with colleagues at all levels
- Strong Analytical Skills- attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data and confident with complex calculations
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills- comfortable with Formulas, Pivot Tables etc
- Experience of managing/supporting project delivery
- Organised and able to prioritise, with the ability to work in an agile way when the team are in demand and under pressure, sometimes at short notice
- Experience of supporting ER cases
- CIPD qualifications would be desirable, but are not essential to be successful with us.
The financials on offer:
Annual salary of £33,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience), reviewed annually- Annual Performance based Bonus
