Position summary
- Control of production/sales volumes and cost of sales on a monthly basis.
- Supporting monthly SAP and ECAS reporting.
- Reporting monthly/forecast reports to SEC.
- Reporting internal reports to ETL (MD Report, unit costs etc)
- Assisting Finance Team
- Responsible for COS (Including obsolete stock, freight) .
- Review of standards and creating standards in SAP.
- Control account reconciliations where applicable.
- Checking of cash flow forecasts and cash pooling forecasting for EEB.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting and ECAS reporting for production/sales volumes, material costs and stock.
- Assisting with Financial accountant with Fixed Asset control across the business
- Credit checks of new vendors and with setting up within SAP
- An understanding of VAT & the quarterly Returns.
- Supervision of Cash Management Controller.
- Ensuring compliance with and adherence to ETL Quality Management,
- Environmental Management, Information Security and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and all statutory legislation associated with these any other duties as requested from time to time.
Duties
- To ensure that payments are raised and authorized in accordance with the ETL Payment Policies.
- To ensure Compliance with SEC J-Sox regime.
- Ensure that all Group reconciliations are accurate and comply with Group Procedures and Policies.
- To ensure all Data and Paperwork is accurate and processed correctly, especially transactions within ETL’s Banking System.
- To check ones work and double check the work received from others.
- To ensure compliance and adherence to Epson Telford Limited Quality and Environmental Management and H & S Policies and Procedures and all Statutory Legislation associated with these.
Essential
- Good working Knowledge of SAP.
- Good working knowledge of control accounts and account reconciliation
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative when the situation demands it.
- The capability to perform tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.
- A flexible approach to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Ethical approach to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
