Job Description
The Candidate Will: Support system users of all grades and disciplines in the workplace. Liaise with system suppliers and Trust IT staff for fault/incident reporting/resolution. Devise & write new procedures and processes. Configure and develop clinical systems.
Provide End User support for multiple clinical systems in use both within the Trust and regionally. Manage System Upgrades from User Acceptance Testing through to deployment to the Live environment. Provide cross cover support for a number of other Trust Clinical Systems under the remit of the Digital Systems Manager and the Digital Systems Support Team.
