Seven Asset are seeking to appoint a Night Shift Customer Care Operative to join our busy Operations team.

Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To deal with vehicle breakdowns and customer enquiries while ensuring that vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum
- Answer all incoming calls and ensure all inbound enquiries are redirected to the correct departments
- Update and manage the live internal VOR (Vehicle off road) and roadside breakdown boards
- Keep control of the Operations email inbox
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of preferred suppliers and update all customer and supplier details on a regular basis
- Keep the relevant technical fleet engineer and line manager fully informed of all customer and supplier issues as soon as possible.
- Maintain a list of outstanding supplier invoices and continually chase suppliers to ensure they are kept to a minimum
- Competently check the vehicles current status and historical repairs for repeated mechanical issues
- Understand the authorisation escalation process
- Inform all clients of re-charge items as soon as possible & upload requested photos
- Process proforma invoices
- Chase outstanding service & inspection paperwork
- Input vehicle mileage data
