Vapouriz has an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Customer service team as a Full time Customer Service Advisor.

About You:
As an office-based Customer Service Advisor, you will be working closely with the Customer service team to help provide friendly support and solutions to our loyal customer base. The day to day will include answering calls and emails from our customers and swiftly handling a variety of queries relating to our vast product portfolio of vaping products.
Excellent customer service is key to the ongoing growth and success of our business and if you have proven customer service experience, be that over the phone or face to face, have a good telephone manner and consider yourself to be a clear and considerate communicator, then we would love to hear from you!
Ideally would have:
- Competent user of Microsoft Office suite; training will be provided on other in-house systems
- A clear and considerate communicator – both verbally and written
- An excellent team player with a flexible can-do attitude
