Little Pippins Preschool are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Room Lead for our Baby room.

You must be qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare & Education and have previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse and have experience working with babies. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday .
You will be mentoring and supporting the team within your room to deliver great care and education to the children in your care. You will be creating a stimulating environment with engaging activities for the children across the indoor and outdoor environments in the indoor and outdoor spaces within the Preschool grounds. You will be creating good relationships with the staff, parents and management team reporting on both staff and children’s ongoing learning progress.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn. The role includes supporting children’s learning through Planning in the moment, activities, support with feeding, personal care and supporting the staff team with daily tasks and reporting.
We are prepared to support and train the right candidate to what we expect from all staff within the setting and the way we teach.
Our staff maybe required to work extra days as required by the setting manager to cover holiday club and staff absences.
