Job Description
We currently have an appealing opportunity within our organization for a seasoned office administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling meetings and managing databases
Handling all incoming calls and inquiries, as well as initiating outbound calls
Promptly responding to all forms of communication, such as emails, phone calls, or in-person queries
Making transportation and accommodation arrangements
Coordinating company events and conferences
Conducting market research, facilitating communication, negotiating, and procuring company essentials as directed
Managing correspondence, addressing complaints and queries
Drafting letters, presentations, and reports
Supervising, training, and mentoring administrative staff
Overseeing office budgets, assessing requirements, and placing orders
liaising with employees, suppliers, and clients
Establishing and maintaining office administrative procedures and systems
Assigning tasks to junior employees
Organizing orientation programs for new hires
Adhering to workplace policies
Utilizing various software packages relevant to office operations, including MS Office and GSuite
Attending meetings with senior management and clients
Supporting the organization by maintaining up-to-date personnel records, scheduling interviews, and similar tasks
Demonstrating proficiency in resource and personnel management
Exhibiting adaptability and adeptness in multitasking
Demonstrating excellent time management skills
Utilizing a variety of office-related computer software effectively
Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborating effectively with colleagues
Delivering exceptional customer service
Maintaining composure under pressure and effectively handling workload Additional qualifications:
