HR Consultant
Part-time Mon to Fri, 25 hours per week
Work from home with client site visits in Mid/West Dorset
Salary £23,400 plus commission
Rely Ltd is a well-established and reputable HR and training consultancy trading primarily in Mid and West Dorset. We are now seeking a skilled and experienced HR generalist to work alongside the owner/Director to support and expand the business further.
As HR Consultant you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and advice to our wide range of clients, in person, over the phone and by email. Every day is different and can consist of providing support on specific HR projects or acting as the HR Manager for a specific client.
Your workload will be split between working with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and converting them into new clients. Apart from having an excellent HR generalist background, you’ll need to feel comfortable and be successful at reaching out to prospective new clients and following up on leads. Some degree of previous sales experience is needed.
The role will be home based with a requirement to attend clients’ sites across mid and West Dorset on a regular basis (approximately 2 days a week). You will need to have your own vehicle and be willing and able to travel to see client. Previous experience working within Human Resources essential.
