We are currently seeking a Credit Control Assistant to join our team. As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our credit control team in managing the company's credit and collections processes.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting with the preparation of invoices and credit notes
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Resolving customer queries and disputes
- Updating customer records and account information
- Assisting with month-end reporting and analysis
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Essential
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very high attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel – creating and maintaining documents
- Experience working as a Credit Controller
