Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have the exciting opportunity to join our Ecommerce team as Website Administrator where you will work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton wholesale and retail websites.

You will make an impact by getting our websites ready for seasonal launches and supporting with general administration to provide an excellent experience for our customers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Ecommerce Executives in the team to support on our retail sites where required. You will work with other departments across the business to collate accurate information and ensure a seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems.

If you are someone who has some experience working with websites, is passionate about understanding and staying up to date with latest technology, enjoys problem solving and has good excel skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

You can predominantly work from home in this position but will be required to work from our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire twice a month on average for key meetings, but may flex up and down dependent on business needs.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Preparing and inputting product data, video and imagery for bulk uploads
  • Ensuring that product information is maintained in line with our ERP software requirements
  • Collaborating with the wider team, supporting with setup and maintain website discounts via cart price and catalogue price rules (including generating discount codes for internal Customer Experience team and Marketing team)
  • Actively raising any site improvement needs to the Ecommerce Development Manager
  • Supporting and maintaining a website user guide
  • Setting up and maintaining all wholesale features for all sites and platforms
  • Supporting in actioning any Merchandising department website requests including enabling and disabling products
  • Supporting the Junior Ecommerce Manager with any ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Supporting with general administration and site sweeps in Magento to improve product data on both B2C and B2B
  • Working with various teams to collate product data for all sites and platforms, including our wholesale app, Juniper
  • Providing support for B2C through general administration on all sites
  • Communicating workload and project priorities to management
  • Supporting the wider Ecommerce team with other tasks and projects

THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

  • Intermediate understanding of Excel

  • Organised with a strong ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Magento is desirable
  • Experience working in a Wholesale/B2B business is desirable
