We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Field Coach Trainer to join the Training team working over the UK and Ireland locations.
As a Field Coach Trainer your mission is to support and develop retail teams in delivering the onboarding program to all employees encompassing the Dior Standards & Values. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach client advisors to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products.
Your role is to partner up with Store Manager(s) to deliver the training path, enable retail teams to enhance client experience and develop skills to engage our client.
You will spend about 80% of your time in stores, between coaching and in-store training in small groups.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Facilitate on-boarding of newcomers.
- Ensure a consistent on-boarding for all new starters following the 4-week onboarding journey passport program.
- Delivering bespoke Training and follow-up with the “Onboarding Partners” in the boutique
- Manage the completion of Digital Learning (Dior(K)now for 100% completion.
- Deliver the Floor and Welcome Management training.
- Deliver the host training program.
- Deliver the J&TP, Baby and Maison Induction Animation
- Ensure regular liaison with trainees, giving feedback on progress to the individual, their Manager and HR during on boarding and induction.
- Manage the administration and data analysis of the training department.
Coaching and training at the heart of team performance
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on Guest Ambassadors, hosts, and Client Advisors according to their needs.
- You will observe interactions with clients on the floor and through active listening and questioning, you will coach individual team members to draw out their own solution to improve and develop.
- You will support Boutique Managers in building individual coaching plans after performing gap analysis of their teams, and in coaching their teams on selling skills through coaching the coach
- Leverage on Dior(IN)sight and Dior’CX results to coach individuals and support the boutique to improve Dior Client Experience and KPI targets.
- Facilitate product training, including new launches, for store population. Develop skills of silhouette building combining product information with selling skills to optimize cross-selling. You will leverage on role play and on-the-floor coaching to enhance the benefits to the client
- Support with Training setups and organization
- Ensure the Boutique Management team has full visibility on training activities (progress, required actions, concerns etc.) making recommendations as needed
