We operate some of Edinburgh's top bars & restaurants, and employ some of Scotland's most skilled hospitality professionals. Salary:
- Starting salary £10.50 p/h
- Average weekly TRONC tips will earn you at least an additional £3+ /h

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're currently hiring for individuals who have some experience working in hospitality.
As a waiter you will primarily assist the Duty Manager in making sure our guests are well-looked after, with genuine and heartfelt customer care. Responsibilities include running your own section (once you're confident!), welcoming guests, taking their orders, delivering food & drink, keeping the floor and back-of-house areas clean and upselling.
