Why this role matters
In this role you will be responsible for the monthly production of reporting and outlook packs for the England and Wales regions. You will help consolidate data from numerous sources to tell a simple, high-impact story and act as the first point of contact for questions on actuals and forecasts from Business Partners in Sales, Contract Management and other finance teams.
What you'll be doing
- Directly support the Regional Sales Director and their teams in all aspects of finance
- Support a number of other Regional Sales Directors through financial data management and production
- Produce monthly reporting packs for the England and Wales regions with a '3 way lens', looking at Customers, Products and Trading impacts
- Coordinate and execute financial analysis, preparation of reports and other finance activities to support tam finance priorities
- Identify and implement ways to improve working processes within the area of responsibility
The skills you'll need
- Story-telling with data - strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
- Finance processes and systems - build and apply your understanding of the end-to-end process to which your own role contributes
- Data Management - Advanced Excel with an understanding of Tableau and Power BI
- Communication - Developed a network of strong working relationships you can call on to assist with your role
- Part-Qualified or seeking to become a Qualified Accountant - Desirable
