Key accountabilities and measure

Work with the Retail Lead, Partner and Support Centre teams to identify every sales growth opportunity, deliver an aligned plan and take all appropriate actions which deliver sales growth in the next 12 months.

Through completion of the Brand standard program, coach, support and hold the partners to account in their delivery of both the trade plan and the business critical KPI’s.

Ensure your time and focus is on delivering the Brand Standard program and store visiting which is focused upon driving the required improvements in operational risk stores and taking actions which will deliver sales growth.

Be an advocate for the store voice, ensuring it is represented through providing robust, factual trading and operational feedback into the Support Centre teams.

Support the day-to-day joint operational relationship with the partner and act as the initial point of escalation for stores.

Utilise the Academy store structure, influence and coach to ensure that partners adopt M&S practice, process and policy.

Work effectively with the relevant Support Centre teams to input clear and practical feedback.
