Location: Dignity Pet Crematorium, Odiham Road, Winchfield, Hook, Hampshire RG27 8BU (Inaccessible by public transport)
The role is full time (8:45am - 5:30pm) and includes working every Saturday with a set day off in the week.
Please note this is not your typical driving job; you will be expected to handle deceased pets and communicate with bereaved pet owners (this could be face-to face or over the phone), emotional resilience is a non-negotiable along with being able to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.

Full-Time Driver
We are looking for an exceptional, compassionate, positive, considerate driver, who has previous driving and client facing experience to join our team. This role will involve managing our bereaved clients’ expectations when needing to use our services and to deliver service excellence in all we offer here at Dignity Pet Crematorium. You will be the face of Dignity Pet Crematorium to vets and ensure high levels of professionalism are adhered to at all times.
We are looking for someone special to complement our team of wonderful drivers in carrying out our client wishes and ensuring our clients receive the very best service each and every time. You need to be confident talking to clients, be able to use your initiative, be solution focused and have an approachable friendly manner along with a high attention to detail.
Duties will include; carrying out collections of deceased pets from veterinary surgeries and also clients’ homes and returning ashes in a dignified, compassionate, caring way complying with all procedures, ensuring that you present high levels of professionalism and care to all clients, communicating with the Drivers Liaison Officer to ensure that excellent planning is in place of client visits and routes and managing your vehicle to ensure it has sufficient fuel, is clean and undamaged inside and out and has all the necessary equipment on board. Your behaviours need to be aligned to our Dignity values and ensure clear communication is met in every part of the role.

Starting salary of £12 per hour which will increase once probationary period is complete.
