We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our close-knit Data team. You will be working closely with different teams across the business to support clients and stakeholder requests for facts and figures around their staffing usage and further develop and refine our data products to ensure they continue to react to our developing product set and the developing needs of our clients.
Using our industry-leading Patchwork Insights package and other analytical tools, you will be responsible for identifying, manipulating, and interpreting data to help us articulate trends, uncover impacts and identify improvements to help our clients meet their challenges head-on.
Develop client-facing and internal dashboards
Support clients and colleagues in working through data queries to a successful outcome
Respond to ad-hoc requests for data and analytics
Maintain and support existing dashboards
Identify and where possible resolve limitations in our current data pipelines and tools
Escalate and support the wider Data Team to understand and implement data solutions as necessary
Support colleagues and clients in making the best use of our data products
Where necessary train and demo our data products both internally and externally
Build reports and presentations to articulate points of interest to both internal and external client workshops
Support the wider data team with QA reviews of analysis and content
Undertake regular content reviews to ensure the accuracy of calculations and relevancy of results
Ensure the data team documentation is current and comprehensive
- Proficient in MS Excel or equivalent
- Ability to handle unstructured tasks, such as drawing conclusions from complicated datasets
- Highly numerate and analytical with a practical approach to solving problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and accessible manner both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge and experience in using BI/data reporting packages e.g. Amazon Quicksight
Experience in querying databases using SQL
Knowledge and understanding of the UK Health Care market, with experience in the management of healthcare workers in the NHS
Salary Range: £30,000 - £45,000
