Job Description
- To demonstrate good communication skills. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all private rooms and public areas.• To comply with Company standards, policies and procedures. • To adhere to the Company’s infection control policy. To minimise the risk of accidents and waste by effective training and supervision. • To complete all necessary documentation and administration to ensure the smooth running of the departments.• To report all compliments comments and complaints. • To report any defects, damage, theft, breakages or hazards. • To attend fire evacuation and instruction session twice a year. • To respect the confidentiality and individuality of the service users. • To carry out other duties as well, from time to time, as directed. • To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, Service Users and other persons.
