We are in search of a driven and motivated Lettings Administrator to join the established team and support in the the day to day operations of the busy Property Management and Lettings department. The Company sports an exciting brand and is in growth mode therefore requires the ideal new team member.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in property management and lettings and is looking for progression in their career.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm/
Altrincham based.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to email and phone enquires
- Prepare check in and check out reports
- Ensure tenant and landlord issues and service requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Assist with the collection of rents while ensuring the collection and deposits are handled on time
- Assist with the monitoring of compliance
- Preparing contracts
- Dealing with maintenance enquiries
Requirements for the role:
Good interpersonal skills and be able to build a rapport with tenants and landlords
Excellent written and verbal communication
Logical thinking with creative problem-solving aptitude
Able to respond positively to challenges
