Job Description
Job Purpose:
An office-based product support customer service role to provide a full and thorough service working as part of a small team to both retail partners and consumers ensuring their requirements are fully met.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product support enquiries providing advice, guidance, suitability and direction for repairs and replacement parts
· Ability to deal with complaints and diffuse difficult situations
· Computer entry via Zendesk CRS. Full training given.
· Caseload management - fully recording customer and product details accurately to support quality management reporting
· Administration of couriers/consignments
· Daily liaison with company internal departments and third parties to resolve queries
· Maintain expert knowledge of Company product range and all necessary and relevant industry legislation
· Ability to use various contact methods including email, telephone and social media
Experience & Education
· Product Support / Customer Service background preferably within a similar role with at least 12 months experience.
· Minimum Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Skills & Competencies
· High standard of communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Organised approach with the ability to evaluate and prioritise consumer needs.
· Self-motivated with a proactive 360° task completion.
· Ability to use multiple resources at once to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
