Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging the collection and deliveries of faulty/repaired stock to and from external customers and partners.
- Track Incoming & Outgoing of goods, escalating and resolving concerns via correct methods of communication.
- The control of inventory and workload priorities and escalating discrepancies using the correct methods to do so.
- Communicating with Internal and External customers and partners.
- Generating daily, weekly and Ad hoc reports to support the day-to-day operations.
Other duties include
- Development of strong team working relationships
- Ensuring compliance to process and procedures
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to learn complex systems
- Good organisation skills
- Excel and Microsoft Application knowledge
- The ability to work well under pressure and to multitask
- Good levels of commutation via mail, phone & conversational skills.
